Mount McKinley is North America's tallest peak, exceeding 20, 320 feet! It is the dominant feature in the Alaska range mountains and is a prized mountaineering destination. While not the most technically difficult climb, the extreme weather makes it a potentially dangerous one. In any given climbing season, 1000 mountaineers attempt its summit. It's an amazing geological feature which seems to have endless faces as the variations in light render its views unique on a daily basis.
